Geoff
founder & Senior IT consultant
After serving five successful years as a corporal in the British Armed Forces, Geoff has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the IT sector. He has worked across various industries and lived in three different countries.
Geoff recently completed a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Cumbria, UK. He is also a certified Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Expert, PMI Agile Practitioner, PMI Project Management Professional, and ITIL Foundation specialist.
With a broad range of experience in IT leadership, technical, and consulting roles, Geoff enjoys continuously learning and sharing knowledge with others. Additionally, he has a passion for golf and is an active member of the Vancouver Golf Tour (VGT).
Will
Citrix Solutions & Security Architect
Will has a strong focus on cloud virtualization technologies, on-premises IT infrastructure, and security. He is a subject matter expert on Citrix technologies and has designed and implemented many small to large scale solutions within different business sectors.
Will has in-depth knowledge in security especially in the areas of contextual based authentication, biometric and public key infrastructure; location aware access and high level security based solutions.
Will has a passion for technology and an innovative attitude. Customers enjoy working with him to delivery and help define their IT requirements.
Matthew
Citrix Solutions & microsoft Architect
Matthew is a principal Azure and Citrix Cloud Architect, and MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer), with over 20 years of experience across the IT industry, from working with small Multinationals to large global corporations, including major players in commodity trading and finance.
Having helped deliver large, globally available end user compute platforms and drive digital transformation, Matthew understands the complexities clients need to overcome in today's quickly evolving IT landscape.
As a Winscape advisor Matthew brings a wealth of knowledge to the table, helping customers achieve their goals through automation and modern DevOps techniques.
Matt
Full-Stack Developer
Matt is a passionate Full-Stack Developer based in Victoria, BC, with over two years of experience in building scalable web applications using Angular, TypeScript, Java, and PostgreSQL. Matt has worked in Europe for a large organization within an Agile environment, collaborating closely with project managers and product owners to achieve high-quality business goals.
Matt's expertise includes developing reliable and well-tested code, creating CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, and deploying containerized applications using Docker. As a graduate of the University of Victoria with a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics, he is a curious and dedicated learner who enjoys exploring new technologies.
Outside of work, you will often find Matt practicing guitar or hiking the beautiful trails of Vancouver Island.
Carrick
Senior Program & Project Manager
Carrick has decades of experience, as a contractor, managing and leading teams to deliver IT transformation projects and programs globally across a myriad of industries including shipping, utility, aerospace, rail, insurance, defence, tourism, petrochemical, food processing, to name but a few.
Carrick enjoys providing strategic direction and leading teams to transform businesses through technology initiatives and programs, particularly in relation to infrastructure and security.
Throughout his career Carrick has extended his business and computer science degree with many professional project management and security qualifications including Prince2, PMP, MoR, NIST Cyber Security and AI/ML Specialist.
Always looking at ways to improve and add value to an organisation, Carrick is very adept to assessing business management maturity and continuity to propose appropriate improvement roadmaps for organisations.
Originating from New Zealand, Carrick has lived in several countries settling into Canada over 14 years ago and takes any opportunity to travel. In his personal time, you will find Carrick out on, or under the water sailing competitively, wing foiling, or anything to do with water or wind sports, as well as scuba diving and in winter up mountains skiing.

Venkat is an expert in VDI solutions for both Cloud and on-premises environments. He has designed, implemented, and administered solutions for organizations of various sizes across the globe.
He has extensive experience with Citrix, VMware, Azure, and Cloud PC technologies.
A highly motivated and dedicated IT professional with over 10 years of experience, Venkat possesses excellent customer service skills and an unparalleled team spirit. He has been responsible for administering, managing, and updating Citrix environments.
Nitika (Nikki)

Nikki is an accomplished project leader with extensive experience across multiple domains. These include Public Transportation, Banking, Finance, Telecom, Higher Education, High Tech, Manufacturing and Online Dating. She specializes in IT project delivery end to end and has successfully contributed to many complex programs across both public and private sector clients.
Throughout her career, Nikki has not lost sight of a solid Quality focused foundation. She has led several teams and programs to success in high-visibility and on a critical path while never compromising quality.
Nikki’s IT project delivery and Leadership experience includes senior positions with coveted organizations like BC Ferries, University of British Columbia, Infosys, Microsoft, AT&T and Shaw Communications.
Nikki has successfully delivered programs like UBC IRP (Workday) and BC ferries in a unionized environment and has thorough understanding of the challenges that come with it.
Nikki holds a master’s degree in computer applications from Pbi. University and multiple certifications as she believes in continuous learning. She has a strong understanding of stakeholder management, change management, project budget and quality assurance. Nikki’s leadership and strong project management skills will be an asset to any organization.
Jim
Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer
Jim brings over 25 years of expertise in systems engineering and IT infrastructure management. A Subject Matter Expert (SME) in end-user computing, cloud migrations, and secure IT environments, he specializes in transitioning organizations to in-house solutions and optimizing Azure-hosted infrastructures with Terraform and DevOps.
Jim excels in leading complex migrations, including Office 365, Microsoft Intune, and Teams, while enhancing security with Microsoft Defender. His experience spans diverse industries, showcasing adaptability and a results-driven approach.
Outside work, Jim enjoys 3D design and printing, cycling, and staying ahead of emerging technologies. His passion and problem-solving mindset make him an invaluable team member.

Solomon brings over 15 years of IT experience, with the last 8 years dedicated to Public Cloud - primarily GCP and AWS. Specializing in DevOps engineering, Solomon emphasizes automation and container orchestration.
