WE NEED
We’re looking to hire a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team.
You are incredibly detail oriented with a friendly and professional approach. You love to delight customers, and are responsible for setting them up for success on our platform from day one. You enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment and love contributing to the overall success of the team. As the first point of contact with our customers after they have signed on, you’ll be integral in building an ongoing and trusting relationship with them. We want to ensure that our customers have a seamless experience with Unleashd, and that you will be there every step of the way.
YOU LOVE
Being the first point of contact for new customers and creating an exceptional onboarding experience for them
Solving complex problems and have a keen attention to detail
Interfacing with external vendors and managing the workflow and communication between all parties, both internal and external
Keeping quality documentation and process flows up-to-date
Effectively and consistently communication project status updates and deadlines to the customer and internal teams
Providing support to existing customers
Analyzing Data
YOU HAVE
1-3 years experience in a role where you directly interacted with customers, ideally executing implementation
A demonstrated track record with project or timeline-based delivery management
An acute attention to detail that keeps everyone aligned and everything on schedule
Incredible communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics through both verbal and written means (French and English)
An energetic and up-beat personality with a keen desire to see everyone succeed
The ability to work independently and as part of a team, while managing multiple tasks and projects effectively
Strong technical skills with a data-centric mindset
The ability to speak and write in both English and French (this would be an asset, but not required)
